The real build story.
What I built
I built a QR-first event product where an organizer created a wedding, guests uploaded full-resolution photos and videos, and the couple managed a live gallery, guestbook messages, and downloads.
The hard part
Guest upload has to feel effortless while large media files, unstable mobile networks, privacy boundaries, duplicate submissions, and storage lifecycle rules stay controlled.

Where it landed
EverAfterUploads shipped as a complete product with signed cloud uploads, duplicate detection, organizer authentication, payments, email, bot protection, galleries, downloads, and tiered retention. The public service is currently offline.
What stayed
Removing account friction increases the responsibility of every system behind the screen: safe direct uploads, privacy boundaries, and explicit retention all have to work without a guest login.
This project has a physical address.
In the playable workshop, EverAfterUploads lives in the Broadcast & Products as a wedding upload kiosk. You can inspect it without unlocking anything.
