The real build story.
What I built
I built a QR-first event product with signed cloud uploads, duplicate detection, gallery management, payments, email, abuse protection, and retention controls.
The hard part
Guest upload has to feel effortless while large media files, unstable mobile networks, privacy boundaries, duplicate submissions, and storage lifecycle rules stay controlled.

Where it landed
Ever After Uploads became a complete product system spanning the guest moment, organizer tools, cloud media handling, payments, and post-event retention. It is now retired.
What stayed
Removing account friction increases the responsibility of every system behind the screen. Retiring the service also reinforced the importance of explicit data-retention and shutdown paths.
This project has a physical address.
In the playable workshop, Ever After Uploads lives in the Broadcast & Products as a wedding upload kiosk. You can inspect it without unlocking anything.
