When a HubSpot user is deactivated, their scheduling pages and future meetings can remain behind. Prospects hit stale booking paths, and meetings may still name an organizer who has left.
I built an admin app that scans public HubSpot scheduling pages and future CRM meetings for deactivated-user references, supports bulk reassignment of eligible CRM meeting owners, and gives guided steps for the unsupported handoffs.
HubSpot's supported APIs can update CRM meeting owners, but not scheduling-page ownership or external Google and Microsoft calendar organizers and invitations. The product has to separate safe automation from manual remediation and verify both honestly.

Scope of work
No victory-lap math
BookableCheck has a working staged application and HubSpot project, but production infrastructure, Marketplace approval, and launch gates are still incomplete. It is prelaunch software, not an available-link monitor.
Offboarding tools are trustworthy when they show exactly what was found, what can be changed safely, what remains manual, and what the follow-up scan verifies.
In the playable workshop, BookableCheck lives in the Systems & Maps Lab as a offboarding diagnostic. You can inspect it without unlocking anything.
