The real build story.
What I built
I founded Bigbee Solutions to build focused applications, internal tools, customer portals, HubSpot extensions, integrations, connected payment and data systems, workflow automation, and practical AI around those operational gaps.
The hard part
The work has to translate an actual business process into maintainable software while protecting client information, making ownership clear, and designing observable fallbacks for the parts that will eventually fail.

Where it landed
Bigbee Solutions is my active custom software and systems-engineering studio. It is the commercial counterpart to JBigs, with a separate site, scope, and standard for client confidentiality.
What stayed
The best custom system is not the one with the broadest feature list. It is the one that removes a real operational bottleneck and can still be understood after launch.
